As our lovely flatmate is moving out, a bright and comfortable double room is available in a three-bedroom flat in the heart of Jericho, one of Oxford's most popular neighbourhoods.

The room is available from 11 October 2026 and would suit a professional looking for a friendly and well-located home.

At arm's reach from lively cafes, pubs, restaurants, local amenities and Port Meadow, it is 15 minutes walk to the city center and the train station.

The rent is £900 per month and the bills come up to approximately £200-£250 per month, including council tax (band E), water, gas, broadband, electricity and cleaner once every two weeks.

We are two female professionals who like to have some camaraderie among the flat, spending evenings watching a movie, chatting and chilling with one another, but we are also independent and value each other's privacy. We are looking for a like minded person, who is also considerate, clean and tidy. Long term commitment to the contract is highly preferred but a shorter period can be discussed with a rent adjustment.

The flat is in a modern gated complex, is very spacious and light and well furnished. It is tucked away from the road, and it is very quiet. The room available is on the 1st floor, with a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and has access to a shared balcony. There is an underground garage where bikes can be locked and storage space is available. Furniture can be added or removed after agreement with the landlord.
