A bright and spacious double en-suite bedroom is available in a lovely three-bedroom flat in the heart of Jericho.

The flat is just off Walton Well Road, only a few minutes’ walk from Jericho’s many pubs, restaurants, cafés and independent shops. Port Meadow and the Oxford Canal are also just around the corner, making it a fantastic location for anyone who enjoys running, walking or simply having some green space nearby. The canal also provides a lovely direct walking/cycling route towards Oxford Train Station and the city centre.

The room is approximately 18m², bright and airy, with large windows and plenty of natural light. It comes with a large built-in wardrobe, generous under-bed storage, and its own spacious private en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.
There is also a separate bathroom in the flat with a bathtub.

The property is spacious, beautifully maintained and very clean. The shared areas include:

* A generous dining area with a large dining table
* A comfortable TV/chill-out area
* A separate laundry/utility room
* A secure, gated underground garage
There is a private parking space in the garage which I am considering renting separately for £120/month for a car, or £40/month for a motorcycle.

Who you’ll be living with
I’ll be living in one of the other bedrooms. For the first few months, it is likely to be just the two of us in the flat and my boyfriend (who comes to visit me and work in Oxford). There is a possibility that we will take on a third flatmate for the remaining bedroom from around January/ February but I’d like to keep the flat feeling relaxed, clean and homely rather than like a large house-share.
I’m looking for someone who is friendly, considerate, clean and easy to live with, and who will treat the flat as a home.
The room would be particularly well suited to a student or postgraduate, and a student would be preferred for council-tax purposes.
