We have a double bedroom available in our bright, top-floor, three-bedroom, two-bathroom flat at Wharf House on Juxon Street, right by the Jericho canal. It’s a fantastic location, close to all the lovely cafés, pubs and shops in Jericho!

Our current flatmate has decided to move to London, so his room is becoming available. Although his current arrangement officially runs until 19 November, the room is available now, and we’re happy to chat with anyone interested in moving in sooner. Get in touch for more details!

A few details about the flat:

Rent: £1,000 per month, plus approximately £150 per month max for bills and council tax.

Parking: A reserved parking space behind a secure gate is available.

Location: Wharf House, Juxon Street, right by the Jericho canal.

Tenancy: The existing lease is with Lucy Properties and is rolling, with a two-month notice period.

A little about us: We’re two scientists looking for a friendly, easygoing and tidy flatmate to join us. We’d love to live with someone who’s considerate of shared spaces, enjoys a chat and pub outings now and then, and is also happy doing their own thing. We want the flat to feel like a relaxed, comfortable place for everyone!

For council tax reasons, we’d ideally prefer a working professional, but students are welcome to get in touch too if they’re happy to contribute towards council tax.
