Well-lit room available in Jericho house share

Our housemate is leaving the country, and we're looking for a flatmate to take over the tenancy in this lovely corner room in vibrant Jericho. Close to cafes, pubs, shops and everything you need. It's 5 minutes to the Picturehouse cinema, 15 minutes to the city centre, and 5 minutes to Port Meadow. The house is a corner property and gets a lot of light and feels bright and pleasant. It has 1.5 bathrooms, and a small storage room. We have a separate living room (which is on the smaller side, often used as a guest room when friends visit) and a big kitchen and dining area, opening up to a wonderful garden, taken care of by our estate agents.
The kitchen is huge and equipped with a dishwasher, lots of kitchen storage, fridge, freezer, a washing machine AND a dryer!
We are a queer household, so someone who is queer/happy to be in a queer household is preferred. Looking for someone sociable, friendly, and respectful of shared spaces.
Another bonus is that the estate agency is v easy to deal with, and take good care of us (dryer not working? Fixed in a day)
