Room available in Jericho: 27th Nov to 17th Jan

I'm looking for someone to take over my room in a fully furnished 3-bedroom house in Jericho from 27th Nov to 17th Jan.
The rent is £800/month, without bills. Bills are usually £80/month.
The house is in a great location, right next to Port Meadow and around a 15-minute walk to Oxford city centre. It's a quiet area with easy access to shops, cafés, etc on Walton street.
The room is small but has everything you need, including a single bed, desk, and an additional storage room just outside the bedroom. The house has a bright spacious living room with large windows, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and a clean spacious bathroom with a bathtub.
You'll be sharing with two lovely and kind female Oxford postgraduates for the first half of December and then you'll have the house to yourself until mid January.
