Large room with ample space

The house has 2 residents in total. I am a middle-aged single woman and I own the house. I have 1 lodger.
It's is a large single room in a clean, comfortable and non-smoking house. It is £775 per month inclusive of all bills except gas and electricity. The room is furnished with sufficient storage space for clothes and books. There is also high speed Broadband connection. The house has all amenities like washing machine, microwave, TV etc. The kitchen and living room are for communal use. The bathroom has a shower and is shared by the two lodgers. I have my own bathroom. There is a cleaner to clean the communal spaces

The area is Jericho, very central, in walking distance from the bus station, train station, shops and most colleges.

I own this house, am single and in my 60s. I need a lodger who is very quiet and dedicated to his work. We are a very civil lot but do not socialise much. In fact each person is busy with their own thing.

I prefer someone who does not smoke, needs a quiet and clean place to live.

The room is available from thestartofJanuary. I do have photos. If you want you can view it anytime after 6pm. Just let me know.
