Price is £540.00 all inclusive. Two months of rent in advance will be required.

This room is available now (11 December 24) for short or long term. Minimum 3 months.

Current occupiers are three friendly, clean and tidy individuals respectful of others between 26 and 40 y. o. and one cat.
We are also looking for clean, tidy and respectful person. Preferably Christian.

On the photo is shown cat flap on the door, however it is fully locked from both sides and cat will not be able to enter the room.

The kitchen is equipped with washing machine, dish washer and all the necessities including iron and iron board and internet connected TV with access to YouTube, Netflix etc.
The House has gas central heating with recently fitted new boiler and it is fully insured.

It is a safe and pleasant area to live in with great access to Oxford city centre or Abingdon.
Bus (35) takes 15 min to Oxford city centre or Abingdon.

Literally across the street is a bus stop, Chinese takeaway, Indian white cloth restaurant, hairdresser with beauty saloon and laundrette.
The house is well positioned with close access to A34, Oxford southbound, Abingdon road Park & Ride and only 4 minutes from Radley train station.

Cycling is an optional alternative and there are great routes (recently renewed) around the river Thames. Stunning Sanford lock is just 3 min away with access to little more and the cowley centre. Temple Cowley shopping centre is only 19 min. away.
This is a great place for someone who loves walks or runs.
