THE PROPERTY 🏡
The house has just been refurbished to a high standard and all rooms are brand new!! You will have use of a stunning brand new kitchen with a fridge freezer and cooking station, a microwave and plenty of cupboard space. There is also a washer-dryer, which you will have full use of. All crockery and cooking equipment is included and the communal areas are cleaned fortnightly by OX Living! There is one communal shower room upstairs that is shared between 3 tenants, downstairs rooms have en-suite bathrooms. There is parking available on the driveway for 2 cars as well as extra on-street parking and further parking on the street.

All rooms are new and come fully furnished with a bed, wall-mounted TV, bedside table, chest of drawers, double wardrobe and a desk and chair. The single room has a single bed. ALL bills included no hidden fees!!

NO DEPOSIT OPTION 💰
We now offer a no deposit option, minimising the upfront costs you have to pay! Instead of a standard deposit, you can pay a non-refundable service charge equivalent to 1-weeks rent. Like a traditional deposit, you will remain liable for any unreasonable damage or rent arrears at the end of the tenancy. You can still opt to pay the traditional deposit which is equivalent to 1-months rent.

The property is in Kidlington and positioned down a quiet cul-de-sac on Croft Avenue; only a 5-minute walk from the town centre. There is a recreation ground within walking distance where you can go for a walk. There is also a bus stop only a 1-minute walk away with buses into Oxford and of course, you have the Oxford Parkway train station which is approximately a 15-minute walk away and is a direct route to London. Bicester can also be accessed by car within 15 minutes.
