Update - one of the rooms has been taken.

Ladies only accommodation. I’ve just moved into my cosy character cottage and have 2 spare double rooms to rent, each has a bathroom for sole use of each lodger, one is en-suite.

The rooms and two bathrooms are upstairs and I have my own bedroom and bathroom downstairs.

There is a further single bedroom upstairs available at extra charge if one of the lodgers wants to use it as an office for working from home or for storage.

The beds and mattresses are brand new, and the furnishings are simple and stylish.

All bills are included.

The household will be friendly and welcoming with people who are busy working or studying and are happy to relax and be social with others in the house, or keep to themselves if they need space at times, no expectations.

As a single woman I would prefer to live with female lodgers.

A car is preferable to live in this village although there are a few buses a day into Oxford. Parking is free on street.
