Ladies preferred accommodation. My cosy character cottage has 2 spare double bedrooms to rent, each has a bathroom for sole use of each lodger.

These rooms and two bathrooms are upstairs and I have my own bedroom and bathroom downstairs.

The furnishings are modern simple and stylish.

All bills are included.

The household is friendly and welcoming with ladies either working or studying. We are happy to be social with others in the house, or keep to ourselves when busy.

As a single woman I would prefer to live with female lodgers.

A car is preferable to live in this village although there are a few buses a day into Oxford, this is not suitable for regular commuting. Parking is free on street.

Please note that after the first month, 2 weeks notice to leave may be given by either the lodger or the landlord. This is important because the property is currently on the market to be sold. You will be kept in the loop regarding any potential buyer and timeline. Most sales take around 3-4 months after an offer is accepted.
