Well kept house and with all appliances you might need (dryer/washer, air fryer, fridge, toaster, sandwich maker, slow cooker, cooker/oven, etc. Lovely patio with places to sit and have a beer/coffee outside.
No garage but plenty off space for off- street parking. Overall safe neighbourhood and lovely neighbours. We have CCTV around the house in communal areas and outside.
Shower room and cloak room downstairs (small toilet) share with 3 people.
Close to Sainsbury's, Templar Square and the The Science Park. Bus 5A (city centre) stops just around the corner. Bus 3A (City Centre and Train Station) just a 2 minutes walk away.
We are 3 professionals, from the same family. We speak Portuguese and English. We have a cat called Joey (beware of any allergies).
