Mid week let

The house

Mid week let (from 9pm Sunday to Friday morning) available from June. Double size room with single bed, £520 inclusive of bills. Large semi detached house on the Cowley/Littlemore Border. Less than 3 miles from central Oxford, close to major bus routes, 15 minute cycle from town. On street parking. Large kitchen/diner, large lounge, upstairs bath/shower-room and second toilet/shower downstairs. Fast broadband. Short walk from Cowley business park and Cowley centre. Space for bike storage available.
I am looking for someone clean, friendly and independent. I like sharing the house but when home am generally looking for quiet time, so may have a quick chat but we all get on with our own thing. I work just under full time hours.
I have one other lodger - who is also midweek and works with the University.
I will one or two weekends a month be using the room at weekends and would then ask you to remove your items (though happy to store them here and I would deal with any bedding changes).
