Mid week let

The house

Mid week let (from 9pm Sunday evening to Friday morning). Double size room with single bed, £560 inclusive of bills. Desk and wardrobe in room. Large semi detached house on the Cowley/Littlemore Border. Less than 3 miles from central Oxford, close to major bus routes, 15 minute cycle from town. On street parking. Large kitchen/diner, large lounge, upstairs bath/shower-room (redone last year) and second toilet/shower downstairs. New conservatory with eating space, which is just being finished. Fast broadband. Short walk from Cowley business park and Cowley centre. Space for bike storage available.
On street parking available (no off street parking). I am looking for someone clean, friendly and independent. I like sharing the house but when home am generally looking for quiet time, so may have a quick chat but we all get on with our own thing. I work just under full time hours for the university.
I have one other lodger - who is also midweek. Tend to be a fairly early to bed so the house is quiet from about 10.30. I have a very friendly cat and would be keen to have a lodger willing to feed him when I'm away (if you are about!).
I will, one or two weekends a month, be using the room at weekends and would then ask you to remove your items (though happy to store them here and I would deal with any bedding changes).
Currently both me and my lodger are in mid to late 40s, but I've had many lodgers over the years, male and female, of all ages, so do get in touch if you are interested.
