Newly decorated top standard house at east Oxford, looking for individual full-time professional, whom like a clean and quiet environment where can relax and live in peacefully. Ideally for those who doesn’t cook everyday or does light cooking only (such as salad, microwave oven food, boil food, not too much frying food because the house has a big open-plan kitchen & sitting).
Now I have 2 large double en-suite rooms available.
Room 1, 1st floor en-suite room, fully furnished with good quality furniture: Double divan bed with drawers, bedside table, chest drawers, desk table and triple wardrobe. Silver color wooden floor is easy to clean, the room is bright, spacious and beautiful.

Room 2, Large double size ground floor en-suite room with front garden viewing. Good quality double bed and a breakfast preparing bar, storage cupboards. Good size desk with book shelves. Large walk-in shower.

Rent are including all the bills, council tax, broadband, free & secure front house off street parking.

The house is newly built and decorated up to high safety standards (fire doors, heat detector, interlinked fire alarms, emergency backup lights, etc); Sensor lights and smart devices make your life much relax and easier. The house location is walking distance (about 4 minutes) to Heyford hill Salisbury's (one of the biggest &cheapest supermarket in Oxford), 15 minutes walk to Cowley Templar Shopping Center. Easy access to the Eastern-by-pass /ring road, motor ways, bus stops nearby to Oxford city Centre. Also easy bus ride to Cowley Centre and other directions. Short distance to Oxford Science Park, retail park and business park, BMW mini plant, etc. Walk distance (15-20 minutes by walk to Oxford Science Park) or 7-10 minutes by bike.
