High speed WiFi throughout the property (40MBps min). Sure signal for Vodafone. Hard wired smoke detectors.

All communal areas cleaned weekly, grounds well-maintained. Regular visits from a gardener and window cleaner. The house is quiet but not isolated. Unless working very locally a car is essential.

Plenty of unobstructed off road parking for tenants and a guest. Protected by security lighting. Extra storage is available in the garage and in an insulated and locked summerhouse which has power and a security light.

Live in landlord with own accommodation is on hand should any problems arise.
