Double Room in 2 bed house in Village

Spare room with double bed, with under bed storage and chest of drawers

I am currently looking for somebody to fill the spare double room in my 2-bed house in Kingston Bagpuize. The house has a shared living room and kitchen, a driveway with parking for several cars and a garden. The village has a bus running every 15 minutes to Oxford from the end of the road, but a car is advised. The room comes with a double bed with a new mattress on it. Plus underbed storage, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. If you don't need the bed or chest of drawers, they can be removed.

I have lived here for around 4 years and get along incredibly well with the current landlord. They are excellent and one of the reasons I have stayed here for a while. I live here with my 2, 4-year-old cats. They spend the day outside and come home at night to sleep. They are very friendly and chill to live with.

I have been around Oxford for 4 years after graduating from university, initially working as a nuclear decommissioning robotic operator. But now I manage the R&D team at a company on Harwell campus where I design and build, deployable antennas for spacecraft. In my past, I have worked part time as a chef for several years, cooking is a big part of my time at home and something I find very enjoyable. I also spend a lot of time running and hiking, and recently I have started climbing.

Rent for the room is £625, I have found that with council tax (Band B) and all other bills, it totals around £850 per person per month.
