We have currently one post grad one employed. Available from mid March until 25th April 2026 on a weekly basis
The house rules are:
Quiet after 10pm (no cooking, phone calls, washing machine etc after 10pm)
Keep all your things in your room or kitchen/bathroom cupboards, help to keep communal areas clean.

The house is ideally located if you work/study in Oxford as there is a cycle track to the city centre (10/15 mins) or 35 mins walk and good bus routes. Fully furnished all kitchen utensils and generous food cupboard and space in fridge. This is a quiet neighbourhood, loud music or late parties are not allowed! House quiet times are between 10pm and 7am.
At the moment there is no tv licence but we do have broadband, washing machine and drier. You would have access to the kitchen with adjoining living/dining room and garden. 2 x shower rooms
