Double bedroom en-suite *all bills included*

Hi we’re Spencer & Tanya and we live in a 2 bed 2nd floor flat in Marston with a double room available for rent from 15th August 2026.

We are a 15 min bike ride from the city centre and have a bikes that you can use if you don’t have one. We’re 5-10 min bike ride from Summertown and there is a co-op 5 mins walk down the road. We’re also about an 8 min drive / 10 min bike ride to the JR Hospital.

The flat is on the 2nd floor of a small 4 flat apartment block, there is no lift. There is ample parking at the back of the property.

The room is furnished with a double bed with storage drawers underneath, a double sized wardrobe, a desk, bedside tables and a side cabinet.

The room has its own bathroom which is next door to the bedroom in its own section of corridor. The bathroom has a toilet, basin, bath with shower and a heated towel rail.

The shared area of the flat is the open plan living, dining and kitchen space. The whole flat is heated with underfloor heating. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer available for use as well as all the usual kitchen appliances.

We have 3 cats, a long haired black cat called Meatball, a tuxedo cat called Casper, and a white cat called Miso. They seem to be low allergen as Spencer is allergic and they don’t flare his symptoms at all.

We are vegetarian but happy for you to cook whatever you want 😊

We enjoy watching the birds out of the living room window and feeding the squirrels that come to visit. We have lots of plants around the flat and are always on the look out for more!
