Double room available in great location

The room available is in a lovely homey 2 bedroom flat which is well kept by a very responsive landlady. It has a front and back garden, a shed suitable for bikes and extra storage. There is also on road permit parking available directly outside of the flat.

Located in old Marston, it’s just a 30-40min walk or 10-20min cycle to the city centre. There is also a very convenient bus stop less than a minute walk away which has buses to the city centre, railway station and Summertown to Kidlington. John Radcliffe Hospital is also a short distance away.

My current housemate is looking to move out mid-July, though moving in dates can be flexible if needed.

I’m a very friendly, quiet, easy going, and tidy flatmate who enjoys socialising in the evenings after work but can also do my own thing. I do a lot crocheting, play video games, and enjoy a wide range of music and TV genres. I’m working in the museum industry and commute to work.

I’m looking for someone who is easy to get along with and will help with the cleaning and gardening.

Bills are about £180 a month (this includes council tax, internet, water, electricity and gas). This property isn’t exempt from Council Tax, sorry.
