You will be sharing mainly with just one other (female, mid 30s, working partly from home) while I (the homeowner) and my little hypoallergenic dog am away. It's a quiet house - no traffic noise and quiet friendly occupant.
The house has new carpets and wooden flooring and is repainted. There's still a bit to do, so bear this in mind with the photo of the shared bathroom and living room.
There is both a bath and separate shower in the bathroom, kitchen with all the usual, a small back garden to relax in, plenty of storage. The double bed has a new, high quality mattress. There's a desk and wardrobe in the room. Your bike can be safely stored in the garage.
