I’ll be moving out of my room in early May after living here for over 4 years, and I’ve really loved the house.
You’ll be living with one other housemate, who is a DPhil student and would prefer another student (for council tax exemption).
The house is spacious, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs. Downstairs there’s a kitchen (with a dishwasher), laundry room, dining room, and two living rooms (one open to the dining area and kitchen). There is a garden and a parking space. There is also a separate annexe/studio with a sofa bed, bathroom, and a kitchenette for guests.
The room will be available from 8th May.
Rent is currently £787.50 per month (bills not included). I’m in the process of confirming the tenant replacement with the letting agent, so the final amount may be subject to change.
