The rent is inclusive of broadband wireless internet, TV, water rates, central heating/ gas, electricity, and the Landlord pays the council tax. The room is accessed up a flight of space-saver steps from the first-floor landing.

Excellent public transport services lead to all local areas. We are also not far from the Oxford Ring Road (approx. 3km) and “St. Clements”, (approx. 3km) is on major bus routes including central London & airports.
