I am moving home to save money and need someone to take over my room in our little house in Marston Village.
Spacious living room and neat kitchen, with an enclosed garden with lots of flowers! The other housemate Holly has a flat-coated retriever called Flossy who is very adorable. Pictures of the room coming soon.
The house came unfurnished so all furnishings belong to the current housemate, except for the double bed which I’d like to sell on to the next housemate.
Rent is £750 and bills come to approximately £200 per month pp.
