Double room in peaceful Old Marston village

A light and spacious double bedroom in a single female young professional house.
My house is in the peaceful village of Old Marston, a short walk from the church, surrounding fields, village pubs, and 15 minute bike ride to the city centre. The house has a nice garden, living room/dining room, sizeable kitchen, two bedrooms and a shared bathroom with a nice shower.
This is my first house so I am lightly renovating it into my home.

I am looking for a female young professional, primarily office-based like me, who will respect and enjoy living with me in my home. This includes doing a fair share of house duties to keep things clean and tidy. I would like to live with someone friendly, kind, and helpful who also enjoys some solitude time.

I like to live well which for me includes a balance of socialising, working, family, outdoors time, exercise and hobbies. I am often busy outside the house, so enjoy the house as a place to unwind and occasionally have good friends and family round.
