Hello All!
I am looking for two housemates to join me and my friend in our lovely house in Marston. Both rooms are doubles, with the larger one at £680pcm and the smaller one at £660pcm excluding bills. We're looking for professionals or students willing to contribute to council tax. The tenancy will start on the 1st October.
There is a spacious kitchen (including a dishwasher!), nice living room, and a large garden at the back. There is parking available and bike racks out the front. It is a 10 min cycle to the city centre, Cowley, and Jericho.
