🏡 Double Room to Rent in Marston, Oxford – £1,000 per month

Hi! 😊 I’m looking for someone to share my home with in Marston, Oxford, within walking distance of the JR Hospital.

A little about me… I’m very easy-going, laid-back and friendly. I spend about half of each month living in Spain, so when I’m away you’ll have the house to yourself quite a lot. When I’m in Oxford, I work a lot and also love keeping fit and working out, so I’m usually pretty busy.

That said, when I’m home, I’m always happy to have a chat, go out for a drink, do something or cook at home 😊. I’m sociable, but also like my own space time to time .

I’m looking for someone who is **clean, social easy-going **with good sense of humour . Someone who doesn’t mind doing their own thing but is also up for a drink or a bit of socialising now and then.

Because I’m away in Spain around half the month, you’ll have lots of privacy and quite often the whole house to yourself, which I think is a pretty nice bonus!

I’d love to find someone who feels more like a good housemate than just someone renting a room. ❤️
