Sunny single room in Marston

We have a single bedroom (double bed) available.

The house is within easy walking or cycling distance of the John Radcliffe Hospital and Brookes and Oxford university departments and colleges.

The room works well for; an overseas or Uk university postgrads or professionals coming to work or study in Oxford. Your housemates have a very wide range of interests and you need to be the kind of person who enjoys wide ranging discussions and new ideas! And enjoys meeting new people. We look forward to meeting you!

The house is a grown up family home in a quiet street. The house is traditional and quite small but is well maintained, clean and comfortable. It is peaceful to sleep at night. There is a shared kitchen and conservatory living room with access to a lovely garden. There is broadband Wifi, a bike shed, and car parking. It is near shops and bus routes and easy access to central Oxford.

Three people, sometimes four live here and two cats. There are also visiting friends dropping in and sometimes visiting young grandchildren! So you need to like people, children and cats!

Rent is £750 (inclusive of all normal bills.)
