Looking for someone to take over my contract for the very spacious room as posted.
I am going to moving out at the end of June (rough time scale), and am looking for someone to take over my part of the contract.
The house occupies 2 people (including myself), with a very large space for both. Shared living space and 1 bathroom upstairs and a small W/C downstairs. Separated kitchen and living room too. Lots of opportunity to make it your own space.
The room itself is very spacious with lots of storage available through wardrobes and drawers (as in the images). Comes fully unfurnished, but I will most likely be looking to sell the bed/mattress onto the next tenant, happy to discuss this further on any viewings.
Very easy access to the M40, and only 5/10 mins from Banbury centre/shops. Bus stops just outside the house for busses into Banbury as well.
Rent is £655 a month (per person), with bills then added on top of this.
Parking available on the front of the property, it is on road but I have never had any issues with this given its a quiet area. I'm sure the landlords can be a bit flexible as well and let you park on the drive if you really wish to have that discussion with them.
Landlords live in the building directly opposite the Cottage (property/room listed) and are very friendly and always very helpful.
Please feel free to drop me a message if you would like to organise a viewing.
