This house is situated in an interesting historic part of Oxford with extensive park, lake and outdoor swimming pool, and the river Thames and nature walks nearby. Great place to live!
Access to central Oxford and the university colleges is within ten minutes walk or cycle and there are frequent buses to the centre and to John Radcliffe Hospital.
The house is ideal for Oxford Postgraduate University Researchers or Teachers, NHS professionals and professionals in other disciplines. Also visiting overseas academics coming for a year to Oxford University or Brookes University. One primary age child would be considered if coming with visiting academic family.
People who would appreciate a garden especially good! But optional!
The rent is £1750 for the whole house or £1000 for the double room, £750 for the single room.
Please note that the rent is inclusive of council tax, water rates, existing internet, but does not include fuel bills as the future costs are unknown at this time. £100 per month last year. The house is heated by gas and cooking and hot water are gas.
