Cozy Room in New Hinksey

Hi all! We have a cosy single room in a quiet and clean house, located just off of Abingdon Road and a 10-minute walk away from the city centre. The house is extremely well connected to major bus routes and the ring road/A34. Can get to Abingdon, Milton Park, and Reading easily.

It's a 5-bed house with 2 full bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, living room, and large garden which we use for BBQs in the summer! The room comes fully furnished including a: bed, bedside table, mirror, shelves, wardrobe, desk, chair, and chest of drawers. There is space for bike storage, and a parking permit is easily obtained through the council for street parking.

You'll be living with 4 professionals - 2 females and 2 males, ages 25-28. We'd ideally be looking for another professional to join us. We're sociable and enjoy hanging out together, cooking, grabbing take-out or going to the pub together, whilst also respecting each other's need for space. We do work with a cleaning rota to keep things nice and fair.

We've got a Londis right round the corner, and a Tap Social is our local just a stone's throw away. Rent is £595 per month, with bills coming up to around £100-£150 a month including council tax (Band D)
