Large double room close to town

Large double room available from August in shared house near to the city centre. We are close to a bus stop, with frequent buses running in all directions, and it is less than a 10-minute walk to St Aldates. We are also a 25 minute walk to the train station.

The house has a shared kitchen and living room. There is a full bathroom upstairs and a separate toilet downstairs. The house has a parking space which the leaving housemate uses, so this would be free for whoever moves in.

We're a group of professionals and post-grad students. We're friendly with each other, and hang out occasionally, but we mainly keep to ourselves due to our differing schedules.

We're open to students or professionals, aged 25+. Any students would have to be happy paying 1/4 of the council tax (around £65 a month currently). The bills are around £160 a month in Winter (including council tax) and lower in summer.
