As the title says, Big spacious clean 5 bedroom house located just of North Hinksey lane. 3 generously sized Double rooms and 2 singer rooms which can be used for offices or work space. Off road and on road parking outside the house and super easy access to the ring road for people how need to get about.

The house is 5 mins walk ways from the local shops, supermarkets and major bus stops, which allow you to access the Train station in 5mins, City centre 7-10mins and all major bus routes.

The Ground floor has communal Living room, Dinning room, Conservatory, Kitchen, Garden (which is great for BBQs in the summer) and downstairs toilet.

On the 1st Floor is the Room that i am currently living in, the double room (which is up for rent) and the first spare room/work space. These rooms share a family size bathroom.

The 2nd Floor has the Double room with Ensuite and the 2nd spare room/work space. This level is quite self contained so would work for a Couple, bare in mind the the house can only have 3 people living in it so you would effectively be taking both rooms on the top and mid floor.

A little about me. My name is Oli, from Brighton, 31 year old Professional who moved to Oxford last year. I'm a super easy going, clean, laid back guy who likes to cook and socialise out or with flatmates.
