- We’re in a four bed Maisonette on Botley Road, less than 10 minutes from Oxford station.
- The rent for the room is £690 per month, and bills including council tax have been about £130/140 a month.
- The 13 month tenancy would last from 29th July 2026 to 29th August 2027.
You’d be sharing with three others, a couple (male and female) live downstairs and a single male would live next door. The place is very spacious and has a nice living room with a TV etc. The vibe of the house is quiet and relaxed. I have shared the room with my partner for the last ten months and it’s gorgeous.
