Seeking a friendly postgrad to join our new 4-bedroom terraced house in New Osney. We are 3 PhD students at the University of Oxford. We enjoy socialising and doing things in the evenings and weekends (e. g. gaming, movies, dinners, walks, pub). We are looking for another student for council tax reasons.
The property has a shared living room, recently refurbed kitchen and bathroom. Enclosed garden space at back and permit street parking out front.
We are an 8 min walk from the train station and the nearest supermarkets are Waitrose (5 min) and Aldi (14 min).
