Excellent Gloucester Green Room

Hello

My spare room is coming up for rent in September and now is the time to search for a replacement !

The room:

It’s fairly unique in the way where it’s positioned its 2 mins from the business school right in the centre !

The room itself has a double bed large ikea wardrobe and a mirror it does have enough room to add a desk

The living room has
A 40inch tv which has a connected fire device which you can use for Netflix and other main apps etc,
A double sofa and a armchair
It’s open plan with a kitchen.

The kitchen,
The kitchen had a washer/dryer
Microwave
Oven air fryer
No dishwasher I’m afraid you have to go old school !
Your own cuboard space
A Nespresso coffee machine
Kettle
Toaster
Basically everything you would need !

Bathroom,
Power shower
Space for toiletries
Bath

Living room,

Everything is shared I’m easy going I am not home often as I work a lot but when I am home I know how to respect personal space etc
Ive had tenants from all over the world and am happy to accept short let’s !
No couples I’m afraid

Tv/cable
Water rates
Council tax
There is nothing added on to the rental price. !
