Please note:
I am finishing up some fixes - so some things need a little work to complete but I will be doing that over the next weeks and it shouldn't be a problem. The bedrooms are fully furnished.

You should keep communal areas clean, be happy to water plants, mop the floors once a week.

The house is small, and similar to other properties, out of respect to the other tenants - partners are not really allowed to sleep over. Friends can visit anytime though.

Im a relaxed relatively quiet programmer.

My interests include Lindy Hop dancing, Yoga, climbing and maybe even more Paragliding. I have a girlfriend who I visit sometimes ( she doesn't live here ) and I am fond of making log fires a couple of times a week.

Sometimes you will have the house to yourself, probably weeks at a time, which makes the rent well worthwhile.

I cook at least once a week and am happy to share.

I am also happy to share car rides to the supermarket and I have a bike you can borrow.

I tend to make pancakes on Saturdays.

All the neighbours are friendly.

Lovely and quiet house and road as it is a cul-de-sac, but just a minute away from the park, bus, reservoir and walks into town via fields. You can even get to the mall by walking the scenic green walk just from the end of the road.

Can I share a room with my partner for the same price?
Yes but it will cost 50% more for the room.

Are you ok with dogs?
No sorry its a new oak floor and it can't be damaged.

Are cats ok?
If they are litter trained and can go outdoors then sure.

Can my partner stay overnight?
No

Can my long term parter stay when they visit every couple months for a weekend?
Yes sure
