The existing tenants are all professionals around Oxford, with the normal busy lives but social and likely to be watching the football or chatting in the shared spaces.

Rent includes ALL bills including cleaning services, gardening, superfast wifi and Virgin TV.

If anything breaks or needs fixing, we’ll take care of it.
