The area is beautiful and safe, hardly ever you can hear any noise, super convenient location few minutes from key locations and near to bus stop, not far from ring road so easy to commute to work if drive also you can park in street for free.

I am a living-in landlord so the people living here with me are basically all very professional and committed with work/research we all need to study some how during the week due the type of work which we do, but we are social as well and time to time we have great chats in the kitchen

Important everyone in the house is very clean/tidy so i you are looking it this is the right place for you

We usually arrive about 7~8pm so if you need a quite place to study or read the house will always be super quite, specially during the day

Internet: Yes! we have good one (70mbps), I am a Software Engineer I would not live without it ! =)

Has a King Size Bed with a massive storage under and median-firm mattress, big 4 doors build-in wardrobe, computer desk and chair, two big windows with view for the garden and the of course the your own shower/toilet, personally I found the room very cosy bright and welcoming!

Dishwasher, Washing machine, Microwave, Gas Cooker, Oven, an enormous fridge, whites...

Important we have allergy of curry and some sea-food

A nice garden:
We have a nice garden surrounded by fence/walls, beside there is a gate where you can walk in with your bicycle and lock it safely

Rent:
Can be paid weekly or monthly (preference)

Deposit: 5 weeks

The price includes all the bills
