We have an en-suite room coming available for £920 all bills inc in a fantastically well-kept house only 15 minutes walk to the city centre. A parking permit is available.
The house is ideally suited to a young professional, non WFH if poss, happy to pitch in with weekly house cleans, looking to join a social bunch of housemates. We occasionally cook together, visit the local pubs/bars, attend park run on a Saturday morning and enjoy summer BBQ's in our gorgeous patio/garden.
