A large, comfortable en-suite room available in a beautiful house share in Sandford on Thames- for short or long term.
Vegetarians preferred.

The house is lovely, light, airy and has a fantastic open plan kitchen-diner, and a cosy lounge. The kitchen is really well equipped for cooking. Neutral colours and good quality furnishings and beds. Seperate WC downstairs. 2 x fridge/freezers, beautiful garden and secure driveway, with a covered , secure cycle storage area. The house is off road (nestled behind a beautiful old stone wall) so quiet and private.
Its a really nice household, friendly, quiet, occupied by more mature tenants currently.

Sandford on Thames is a lovely village close to the Science Park and Business Park in Cowley, Oxford and just 4 miles from the City Centre and University.
The house is a short walk to the river Thames, with a beautiful lock, and a river- side pub just a thort walk away.
The village also has another pub and a hotel which has a pool and gym, open to the public. There is a great cycle track which leads all the way into town along side the river. The village has an award winning village hall /community cafe /shop which is a great place to visit for a home made lunch and work from with a laptop and offers activities in the evening.
Also a short walk or drive away, an easily accessible supermarket in Heyford Hill. This house is ideally located for the Science Park and Littlemore Hospital (both within walking distance) and is just 4 miles from the city centre, served by a bus which goes from the Science Park to town via the house!

Rent is £900 PCM for the en suite room.
All bills and wifi included.
