Room avaliable in central Oxford by the river

Living Area

Hello!

I have a double room available now - March 2026 (£1250 pcm excluding bills).

The house is a 3-story, 3-bed with three bathrooms (floor plan attached). The location is very central, only a 5-minute walk from Westgate shopping centre and Christ Church/Pembroke College. Despite the central location it is a quiet, well-kept area. We also benefit from the lovely view of the River Thames, complete with adorable schools of ducks and geese!

The bedroom and shared areas of the house are all fully furnished. The kitchen is also fully equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, oven, rice cooker, instant pot, food processor etc.

The house will be occupied by my Ragdoll cats Momo and Bobo, and my housemates, Emma and Michi, who are both students at the University of Oxford.

I’m looking for friendly and sociable graduate students to move into the spare room. Non-students will be considered if willing to pay council tax (band E).

Some things I will prioritise:
1) Love of cats and willingness to help take care of Momo and Bobo when needed.
2) Keeping the house clean/splitting the cost of cleaning (we have a lovely cleaner who comes once every two week).
