A comfortable, well-furnished double bedroom is available for single occupancy in the welcoming residential area of Rose Hill, Oxford. Mature and professional students are welcome to enquire.
The house is well located for getting into Oxford city centre, with frequent buses just a 2-minute walk away. Essential shops are also within easy walking distance.
For cyclists, there are excellent cycle routes to Oxford city centre, Oxford Business Park and Oxford Science Park, and we have a sheltered bicycle shed available.
The house is also close to Iffley Lock, a beautiful spot for walking, running and enjoying the outdoors.
