Single occupancy for professional (mature students considered) Preferably not working/studying from home.

Our house is located in a lovely residential area with frequent buses to Oxford city centre (2 min. walk) and essential shops are only within a short walking distance.

Cycle routes to City Centre, Oxford Business Park & Oxford Science Park are excellent! We've got a sheltered shed for bicycles.

We're near to the Iffley Lock, a beautiful place for walking and jogging.

The double bedroom is furnished with a double bed, mattress, computer desk, chair, mirror, lamp, large wardrobe

The kitchen, lounge, bathroom and WC are shared.

A bit about us: we are a mother and daughter who ​live in the property and rent out the two spare bedrooms to help with the bills. We both work full-time. We enjoy cooking, gardening and cycling. We're pretty busy with work and hobbies but always find time to socialise and for a quick catch up in the shared rooms.
