Hi, I'm the landlord of this large 5 bed brilliant flat in the City Centre of Oxford.

All rooms have double beds. Some of the photos show single beds but they have been changed to double beds now!

It's just come on the market as individual rooms and number of rooms have already gone. From experience, these others won't be available for long! First come basis.

2 min walk to George St. Perfect for the centre of Oxford.

This house comes fully furnished with a kitchen, equipped with cooker and fridge freezer.

There is a small garden to the rear of the property - and on-street parking.

The rent doesn't include bills but I would estimate at around £10 a week for your bills.

All rooms come with a bed, wardrobe, desk and chair.

The rooms are not available to couples unless you want to take 2 rooms.

I would require the first month's rent, a deposit of one month's rent along with a UK home owning guarantor. If you don't have a guarantor then we also accept a pre-paid rent certificate like from cusdos_com.

Rooms are reserved on a first come, first serve basis.

The rooms are available from August. No short lets unless you are happy to find a replacement.
