3-6 month short-let, lovely central inc bills

We have one double room to let in a 4-bedroom house in South Oxford, near the Folly Bridge. The room is available from the 4th July 2026, for 3-6 months, for one person.

The double room is big and on the second floor. It has a double bed, chest of drawers, desk and wardrobe. It is quiet and light and airy. Please note that this room is for one person only.

We have a friendly cat called Zenny.

There is very good fast wireless internet broadband in the room and around the house. Please note there is no telephone landline. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher. There is also a nice garden.

The house is a terraced Victorian house and has two lovely bathrooms and brand new modern kitchen, and a large dining room. There is a beautiful nearby park. The street is quiet and friendly.

The house is 10-15 mins walk from the bus station and from the town centre (5mins on bike), and 20 mins walk (5-10min on bike) from the train station. The nearby Abingdon road has near constant buses to the town centre.

The rent is £850 per month for the room, all bills included. The refundable deposit is £425. The contract is for minimum 3 months, maximum 6 months, from early July 2026.

There is no car parking available. There is a back garden for bikes.

Your housemates would be Hannah and Tom. Hannah is a documentary maker who loves improv comedy and funk & soul music. Tom works for the University and loves theatre, travel and good books. We are a friendly young professional family who have our own interests but at the same time like having a drink together.
