The room measures approximately 2.20m × 3.40m and is furnished with a small double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. A desk is not provided, but there is room for the tenant to add a compact one if required.

The property is in a very quiet location, around a five-minute walk from Rose Hill Parade and local bus stops. Oxford city centre is approximately 10 minutes away by bicycle or 15 minutes by bus. There are also regular bus services towards Wallingford and Reading.

You would be sharing with me. I work from home three days a week, enjoy cooking and spend quite a lot of my free time studying. I’m friendly and considerate, but also fairly independent and respectful of personal space.

I’m looking for a clean and considerate non-smoker. Someone who normally works away from home would be ideal. Occasional or regular home working is not necessarily a problem, but as I use the dining room as my workspace, you would need to work from your bedroom rather than the shared dining area. There is space in the bedroom for a compact desk if you would like to provide one.

Bills are approximately £120 per month, although heating costs may make them slightly higher during winter. All bills split down the middle. If student, you get 50% discount on your contribution to the council tax.

I’m also happy to consider a Monday-to-Friday let at a reduced monthly rent.
