Fully furbished incl weekly professional cleaning

Hello everybody, we are looking for 3 new flatmates to take over rooms starting first September. The house location is super central (10 min walk to city centre) and the room costs £790 pounds (including council tax, wifi, and weekly professional cleaning (thus no cleaning rota as this is taken care of!)). Bills and water are around £80 pcm (averaged across the year). The rooms are fully furbished (beds, table, chair, cupboard/closet) and have new carpets so they are very cozy (the pics are still from when there were old carpets). We also have bedding to give away in case you're moving from abroad and need some. There are two housemates - one DPhil (33 yrs) and one postdoc (35 yrs). The kitchen has three fridges. We are looking for students or professionals (would be an extra perk if you work in academia or at a university or in social sciences or public health/medicine - but obvs not required!).
