Room available in central house

Available from 1 August 2026 to end of June 2027 only.

The house is in a great location next to South Park.

5 minutes away cycling from the city centre and only a 15 min walk.

It has comfortable and spacious common areas, a big garden (lovely during summer time for BBQs) and is next to Cowley Road which is full with restaurants and amenities. We also have a big Tesco round the corner.

We have only 1 bathroom but so far it has never been an issue.

Rooms are furnished and we have all sorts of appliances in the house.

I am Italian/Colombian and I am into theatre and arts, languages, cooking and wine.

I am looking for flatmates that will treat the place as a home, who are tidy and clean and take on their fair share of duties.

I respect other people's privacy but also like to have a chat after work, go to the cinema, walk or cook together.

There is also a small dachshund dog in the house, who spends the day sleeping underneath a blanket and begging for food. :D

All bills included minus a small fee we paid for cleaners twice a month.
