Do you need somewhere to stay in Oxford during the week?

The details are,
I am renting my house from July 1st to the end of April 2025, but only from Sunday night to Friday afternoon.
The rent will be £900pcm, + a set fee of £325 to cover ALL monthly bills and council tax.
There is a nice large man bedroom, and a smaller bedroom. A decent size kitchen and utility room, and a downstairs WC.
It will be minimally furnished, but you will be welcome to make it your own, if you wish to bring any of your own furniture.
The photographs are of it unfurnished.
There is off-street parking for a single car.
I do not wish to discriminate at all, so any age will be considered.
I will require references.
The council tax band is, C.
