This opportunity is perfect for someone in need for a short let, till the end of October.

We have two rooms to offer on the first floor: a double room for £540 and a single room, for £480 per month.

NOTE!: one room has no bed in it, as the previous tenant took her bed with her, so first come first served... with the bed :-)

The house has 4 bedrooms, a private parking, a bike shed, a garden and public transport at the doorstep.

The detached house, with garden is spacious and the house has a lot of natural light.
There are parking spaces in front of the house and we have a bike shed.

The deposit is negotiable and we can be flexible when it comes to the renting period.

The house is close to Oxford city center - a 15 mins cycle ride, or a 30 mins walk - and there is excellent public transport at the doorstep.

The nearby Park and Ride provides connector busses to surrounding towns like Abingdon, Reading, Didcot, and also to the train station

I am a long term tenant, living in this home since 2012. I work for a church but also for the university in town.

Our tenancy agreement is coming to an end. Two tenants have moved on, but my fellow housemate and me both work in the centre of Oxford, and would prefer to remain in the house till we have to move out by mid-October [or maybe even the end of October]

We are looking for two (preferably female) reliable candidates who would be happy to join us till then.
