Oxford city centre, Quiet Room, single use

Hi,

Looking for a considerate and independent Lodger for a room in a quiet flat, close to Christ Church college park and Westgate shopping (Post code OX1). This is a quiet and secure residential building, very central, with plenty buses at the door step, including the Oxford tube and the airline bus and 15 min walk to the train station. If you have a bike you can keep it in the secure storage. There isn't car parking spaces around here.

All bills included: city council, broad band, water, gas and electricity (gas and electricity is only included up to 80pounds/month, beyond that will be slip equally).

The flat has triple windows, central heating, thus warm and quiet. There is an air recuperation system providing dry and clean air.

Shared spaces include one bathroom and living area with fitted kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped (appliances and cookery). The cleaning of common areas will be shared between us.

The room is furnished with the basics and has blackout curtains. Towels, pillows, sheets and duvet can be let at an extra cost (100 pounds, one off payment, this is to cover the cleaning cost).

At home, I enjoy a clean, tidy and peaceful environment.

Minimum tenancy 3 month, then is flexible, monthly rolling contract up to one year. The last month needs to be payed ahead , this means you need two pay two months when moving in.
