One double room in modern townhouse, East Oxford

Hi all,

We have a lovely room in our home available for another lady to join us this summer, as from July.
Our dear lodger from China is leaving, so please feel free to contact us if this sounds like a good fit!

We are a small family, living in a modern townhouse in East Oxford. The two rooms which we rent out are on the second floor. The floor is made up of two bedrooms, a bathroom and an office. The entire floor is yours to share with another lodger from Australia (who is a vet, likes to travel on the weekends, and has a witty humour). The room which is available is on the garden side of the house and benefits from the morning light. Note: we barely use the office - so it’s for you to use (we might once have a guest stay there, but this is very rare).

We are one floor below on the first floor.
Downstairs we have a shared spacious kitchen and a small garden.

Who we are & what we are looking for:

We are a couple with two little ones - a baby and a toddler - fairly well behaved, looking for considerate and clean people. This would be ideal for a professional or student. We would like someone who has a workplace also outside of the home, so we can take care of our little ones.

We‘re 36 (Rosie) and 39 years old (Mohamed), speaking English, German, French & Arabic combined. We’re calm people and looking for someone calm to join us (who doesn’t mind our little toddler occasionally wanting to play with you!).

Location is green and peaceful. We live on a broad street called Glanville Road, just off the Cowley Road (15 minutes bus ride to town). Around the corner is Marsh Park, the East Oxford Tennis Club, the Golf Course and we’re just 5 minutes from Florence Park.

Cost is £750 per room, all bills incl.
