Hiya!

I have a double room available into a modern 2 bedroom house in Littlemore, OX4. The room is available for both short and long term.

The room is spacious and bright with modern and functional furniture.

The Italian style bathroom upstairs has a bidet and a spacious shower and it is shared with only 1 person.

Shared fully equipped open plan kitchen/living room.

Carpet free house. Regular cleaning service.

At the back there’s a lovely garden that has mainly strong ambitions and hopes for growing fruit and vegetables. Ample parking space available.

Access to frequent buses into town and to hospitals. Walking distance from Oxford Science and Business Park.

You'd be sharing with me, live in landlady, Italian, in Oxford for the past 15 years. Very much used to welcoming people moving to Oxford for the first time, or visiting for work or studies.

Rent is £275 per week, inclusive of all bills (electricity, gas, water, broadband and council tax). Regular cleaning service for shared spaces is included in the rent.

Non smokers only.
