I have a double room available into a modern 2 bedroom house in Littlemore, OX4 both for short term rentals or weekdays only(rent to be agreed based on circumstances)

The room is spacious and bright with modern and functional furniture.

The Italian style bathroom upstairs has a bidet and a spacious shower and it is shared with only 1 person.

Shared fully equipped open plan kitchen/living room.

Carpet free house. Regular cleaning service.

At the back there’s a lovely garden that has mainly strong ambitions and hopes for growing fruit and vegetables. Ample dedicated parking space available at the front.

Access to frequent buses into town and to hospitals. Walking distance from Oxford Science and Business Park.

Rent is £226 per week, inclusive of all bills (electricity, gas, water, broadband and council tax). Regular cleaning service for shared spaces is included in the rent.

Also availability weekdays only. Price to be agreed.

Non smokers only.
