I have a double room available into a modern 2 bedroom house in Littlemore, OX4 both for short term rentals.

The room is spacious and bright with modern and functional furniture.

The Italian style bathroom upstairs has a bidet and a spacious shower and it is shared with only 1 person.

Shared fully equipped open plan kitchen/living room.

At the back there’s a lovely garden that has mainly strong ambitions and hopes for growing flowers, fruit and vegetables. Ample dedicated parking space available at the front.

Access to frequent buses into town and to hospitals. Walking distance from Oxford Science and Business Park.

Carpet free house. Regular cleaning service. Non smokers only.

Rent is inclusive of bills (electricity, gas, water, broadband and council tax).
